Amordle — how it plays Scored explainer, 62 seconds. Every claim in the video appears on screen as text; this transcript repeats that text in order and describes what the gameplay shows. [Title] Amordle the Wordle–Hurdle hybrid that plays like online chess no ads · no paywalls · free forever [OG] Wordle, upgraded. Green is the right letter in the right place; amber is the right letter somewhere else. A five-letter board plays through: guesses land one row at a time, each letter marked green, amber or dark, until the answer is solved. [GO] Hurdle, upgraded. A chain of puzzles where every answer you solve carries forward as evidence in the next one. The board moves on to the next puzzle in the chain. The answer just solved appears at the top as a seeded row, already marked against the new answer, and further guesses build on it. This repeats into the puzzle after it. [Any word, any length] 2 to 35 letters, three difficulties, optional Hard Mode. Nothing is off-limits. A two-letter board and a four-letter board are shown side by side. [COMBAT] Play other people. You share one board and take turns, and you both read the same evidence as it appears. Two players, Nova and Rook, each with their own keyboard either side of a single shared board. Turns alternate: the player on move types, their own keys light as they press them, and their guess lands on the board marked for both players to read. The opponent's keyboard stays still while they wait. The match runs past the sixth row, and Rook wins on row eight. [Ranked] Win rated matches and your Elo moves. Forty separate pools, so like plays like. A rating panel counts up from 1200 to 1284, labelled ranked practice · OG · 5 letters. [Closing] amordle.vercel.app amordle · free forever
